I am a pharmacist and I do not recommend any of those drinks for daily use, unless you have a specific need for added calories.
Take a look at the ingredients of any food supplement. They are mostly sugar. Empty calories.
Eat lots of vegetables and some fruit for most of your diet. If you diet permits add a little dairy, meat and grain, but not much.
Above all else, stay away from processed foods. They are full of other things that are not so nice!
