dilation for older post ops

Im 20 plus yrs post op and would like to ask if any post op ts mtf know where one can purchase dilators  in the nyc, nj im contemplating a reupping uudilation program and need feed back from other ts.

You can also try contacting a surgeon. Most of them have dilator kits they can sell. I know they are not cheap but it's the best I can think of.
