Congrats on the weight loss and I'm definitely in the same issue, although I'm looking at losing a lot more than you. I'm currently at 336 at 6 ft and it's mostly around the midsection. I'm hoping to get to 185 but that's realistically going to be a year plus out. The last time I weighed 185 I was in high school and it was over 20 years ago. 🙁 It's going to take some work, but I'm committed. I'm never going to be thin be it male or female, but I do intend to be much healthier than I am now. It's not necessarily about being chunky but I'd like to get off as much of the male pattern weight as I can before I start and hopefully keep it off until I can put some female weight pattern on.
