Call Center - voice changes

So I work in a call center. I'm on the phones all day everyday. Last couple weeks my voice has been cracking NON STOP. Customers probably think I'm like 16. It's embarrassing when it happens because I know my co-workers hear. But I'm trying to focus on the fact that it means my voice is gonna get a big drop soon.

Yeah, mine's doing the same thing right now. I do wonder what folks think when those... squeaks... come out of the mouth of this gray-haired geezer.

That's exciting  I wish mine would have cracked often because its funny! I seemed to skip that part and just got lower and lower

This is what I am hoping for!  Since I am remaining on low dose for a time, I hope that I can skip that part!  It has only been 15 days and it seems to already be a bit lower.

this was my experience too and i'm grateful for that.

I work at a call center too and I've been experiencing this. It's pretty funny to me
It's awesome though because like you said, I know that means it's gonna drop more soon.
Recently people have started to gender me correctly on the phone more often.
