I bought a pair of sandals with a 4 inch heel on payless for really cheap, and while I love how they look- they were a tad small. Like I could put the on, but they pinched horribly. I was debating tossing them and decided to look to see how to stretch them. Most things were using a blow dryer, which I don't have- except I found one and tried it, and it worked fairly well. Supposedly its only for shoes made out of man made materials

I put the sandals standing up on a baking tray lined with foil (afraid they'd melt and ruin the tray) and stuck them in my oven at 200F for 30 minutes. It made them a bit more pliable and they stretched to fit my wide feet a lot better. I figure maybe one more session and they'll fit perfectly. They weren't too hot to put on my bare feet- although I tried with wearing socks to protect from heat at first and give a little more bulk to stretch more.

Just wanted to share with you all this trick I found somewhere out there that worked for me.

My new pumps are a little bit longer, but the ball of foot is too tight. Just ago I tried to stretch them by blowing the hot air from the hair dryer. I wore socks geminately, and I am wearing the pumps for 2 hours. I hope it will work.
