I just picked up my testosterone prescription today! I'll be getting my first dose on wednesday and I am amped and happy to finally have joined the t club. I've wondered where to get those fancy tickers as well?

It's been such a long process for my family and my mom finally decided this is the right thing to do. I've had to wait two months between endo appointments because my moms job did not match up with my dr at all haha.

Is there anything I should keep an eye on? I know its good to have comparison pictures and voice recordings. Anything else I should keep track of during my first couple months?

I just googled to find the ticker, I think mine is ticker factory or something like that?

First off, congrats.
Consider keeping a notebook with a weekly (more or less as you find necessary) brief description of what you observe going on, including your mental state. This can be helpful in noticing patterns in things like mood dips before a shot or what have you.

I would open a Tumblr or some form of blog to track your progress as well as thoughts and reflections while transitioning.
Here's a good example: http://loadingoliver.tumblr.com/

I already have a transition blog. I'll just update through that I guess. Wasn't too sure what I was going to do with it.

I've got no advice but I wanted to say congratulations.

Definitely keep a journal, maybe even start a vlog, even if you're the only one who watches it.  Store the videos in DropBox and password-protect them if you need to.

If you keep a journal, I'd put down stats such as current heart rate, blood pressure [you can buy wrist cuffs just about anywhere for next to nothing], height, weight, mood, appetite, energy level, and make some general notes about how you feel.  I read one guy's blog where he would write about his exercise regime sometimes, and in one entry he said that he noticed his muscle mass was increasing.  He also took photographs of himself from month to month for a while.  By the end of his first year on T, you can see a big difference in his entire body.
