Since last Tuesday the bar next door has been undergoing renovations which have been affecting us, (we share the building in very much a open plan). What started out as minor inconvenience (loosing our racing channel temporary) became a full blown issue for us on the weekend with us not being able to place bets on for people.
Now on Sunday (by this time I'm ready to swing a bat at people) with our tech support I have had him talking to somebody. "Yeah look the operator is getting ready to tear
her hair out

Yesterday after losing communication with head office and dealing with my head office and the phone company on the phone "Ok
mam that is no good lets get this fixed" "Are you the
lady I was talking to previously" "Yes I understand
miss but there is nothing we can do until we isolate the problem.
Now good day didn't just end there later in the afternoon I had the bar manager their I.T support one of our tech support people not 5 feet away from me and ALL use some form of female pronouns in the conversation we where having
,(Only my boss knows I'm on hormones nobody else) 
. So yes what had be a bad few days gave me such a great had me grinning from ear to ear at the end . I don't really want to go through a week like that again but if I get a day like that at the end it just might be worth it. I know I'm not completely there yet but it was a confidence booster and something I needed right now
