Endo Expectations?

Some of this is trivial, but it goes hand in hand with each other.

Some time ago, I asked my doctor if he could give me some info about endocrinologists in the area. I was reminded there is one across the street from the office that I brushed off for a while from words I had heard. In a recent call I had with my doctor to go over the results of an EMG test I had, I asked if he could refer me out to a dermatologist and an endo; to which he said yes and the call was done with from there. I got a call earlier in the week from the dermatologist; so I guess this means I should expect a call at some point from the endo.

So the question: If I get in to see the endo, what should I expect from my first appointment? I sound negative, but I don't have high hopes that it will work out in my favor; but I'm just curious so I don't get surprised.

For me, she knew why I was there since she had a letter from the therapist's office already. They stabbed me, stole my blood, and gave me a piece of paper that left a smile on my face making up for the earlier stab and theft.  She also answered every question I asked and said to come back soon, like in 3 months.

My T prescriber was the first MD I had ever seen. She is not an endo, but a family doctor.
During my first appointment, she talked to me about my gender identity, how long had I been identified as male etc, what did I expect from T.
She knew I had already done my research on T so just did a brief explanation on how T works and let me asked questions.
Then she scheduled me a second visit for physical exam.
