Yet another boob post lol

Ok so Ive been on Hormones for nearly 8mths now, tblockers for 11. Everything is going along as it does(always seems too slow but anyways), I'm wondering its just me but do any of you other girls feel like ur boobs are constantly stuck on "High Beam"? Like nipples erect, like ALL the freakin time??? I mean srsly I can be running/walking/shopping/sitting down doing not much and there in a constant state of "Hey everybody!" lol
Is this normal? I mean it probably is but holy crap its making me self conscious about them especially as Im not fulltime yet and trying to keep certain things not so obvious.
Also when did ppl start to notice that there breasts started to fill out or round out more, as against being very conical? Mine seem to be intent on being very pointy, but Im guessing at some point they start to get less conical and start to become fuller, rounder?

my (edit) nipples are always puffy and round (shape of a dome) unless they're cold

they've never been unpuffy since about 2 months into hrt

  My breasts spend a lot of the time very firm but I only find the nipple area somewhat 'pointy' when I first get out of bed in the morning or waking up in the night.  They seem to want to swell-up and do their growing then.  I've actually been surprised how little my nipples are hard or protruding these days.  I expected more and larger.

  I'm getting some rounding, enough to see the identifiable curved shadow below, now that I've reached one year Spiro and ten months Estrace.  If I go all day without wearing a bra they settle into a more pointing sag, but if I take my bra off at the end of the day they are shaped nicely for a while after.  They also look better with the 'morning swell' I mentioned.  For reference, my band size is 34 and cup size is probably somewhere in the small-B range now.  (My bra is very comfortable but is actually lightly-padded 34C so that I have room to spare for more growth.)  My breasts don't have as much of the shape as I would have expected for a B but I guess it's just the way they are on a wider ribcage.  What I really want is for there to be more expansion and rounding out below the nipple line.  The skin growth is still not ample enough there to allow the breast mass to sink into that area.

It can take years for breasts to fully mature, and some never really do.  Puberty takes a long time, and breast shape is as much a function of genetics as hormone duration.  I'm twenty-six months on HRT and my breasts continue to fill in, becoming rounder and fuller.  I'm a 38C and I think that the size thing is settled, assuming I don't gain or lose a lot of weight, but they continue to become softer, rounder, more feminine and less adolescent shaped.  That can continue for as much as another couple of years. (I hope)

Your nipples will become less obvious as the rest of your breasts catch up to the early glandular development.  Until I went full time I wore a light sports bra most of the time.  That and button up shirts made the changes to my shape much less obvious, but by the time I hit a C cup I wasn't fooling much of anyone, although the diagnoses from my co-workers were both sweet and funny - and not trans.

I've always been like that, Even though I'm on the thin side Mother Nature blessed me with real boobs since she screwed up with other "parts"
