2 Month Marker on HRT, maybe I'm doomed? Not much changes.

It's not a cookie cutter formula either. My endo and I struggled for 15 months to get my T-levels to stop yo-yoing from very low male to female back to very low male ranges. We changed dosages, changed spiro dosages, and ultimately changed forms of estrogen before controlling T-levels, and since then I've had more progress in the last 10 months than the prior 15.
The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.

Too early.  Be patient.
If you want to judge things properly, take consistent photos with the same plain background, and same angle.  Selfies with a phone are distorted and aren't good for this sort of thing.

I haven't been keeping track of my changes, but reviewing my photos from the last few years, there have been subtle changes over time and general softening.  But it's taken TIME.
