I have the Air M pullover from them and it's held up really nicely and I got it in 2012 or so I think. The team was super helpful and resourceful, and the only reason why things felt like they took long was because they were on holiday for a little while. I think everything got to me in 8-11 days.

Yes, did not like the velcro either, for other reasons. But did like this one. Watch sizing (1-2 sizes too small) depending. It's pricey but if you can afford it, its' worth the money.

Absolutely. If you can afford it, it's worth an investment. If you're a bigger guy, it's going to be a bit more. I'm a 2XL (40-42in) and I paid about $4 more for it. It's not too much, but it can add up with shipping.
