Coming out 2 (Family)

So, not two days ago, I was gung-ho about coming out this weekend. I figured out how I'm going to do my video and what groups I'm going to share it with. I made plans to go visit my parents and sister (about 45 minutes away) . I told my sister I have something big to tell her about and we decided to have a pow wow Saturday night. I figure the two of us can sit down with my parents on Sunday. Sounds great.

And now I'm panicking! The idea of actually telling my parents, answering their questions, and possibly facing anger is really sinking in. I was driving home just now and started wondering, should I ask them to call me Bear? Should I ask them to say "He" and "Son"? I don't know if I'm going to do a full transition, but I do intend to alter my appearance to the point of passing with strangers....

So, for those of you who have done this, can you throw me some tips? What sort of verbage did you use? How did you explain it to them?

I'm not an expert at all, but have read several of these topics, and it seems the common thought is to take it really slow with them, give them the basics, and stop plenty of times to let them digest it the best they can, and ask you any questions they have. Try not to overload them with too much at first, it's huge thing for some people to wrap they're brain abound and accept.? 
Even if you might not feel it went well afterwards, give them time to think about it, things often improve afterwards.
And if they accept you unconditionally, then I'm sure you'll feel as though the world was lifted off your shoulders, and be very happy.
