This has been a big news item but I have been frantically googling and none of the stories seems to mention HOW one submits or where one sends the submissions.  Does anyone happen to know?  I am probably going to just send it to the general corporate email address if I can't find any info but I'm afraid it will go into cyberspace and never get where it's supposed to go.
