Lump in my Throat feeling

It started about 4 days ago. Not sure if it's anxiety and having had my first Therapy session last tuesday. The back of my Neck/Upper back is always sore.

Just feels like something is in my throat and I can't clear it. It goes away while I eat or lying flat.

Sounds like stress to me. The first sessions are tougher than most realize.
