I was thinking it was just to prove that you're trying to pass in public or something? IDK. I'm a college student and I will hopefully have a job tomorrow, so.
I think the thing that bugs me the most is "successful". Like. Folks, if you don't pass, you don't get the surgery...that will help you pass.

Also, wanted to follow up my comment about it being still rare that insurance companies cover it...I am not including the states that now require companies to cover it (CA, for example).  I also wonder if it is because CA covers trans health care that Crane is so busy with bottom surgeries.  I bet his numbers went up when Medicaid started paying for it.

Yeah, I was just saying that I passed that particular qualification lol. This whole thing is frustrating. On the one hand, I'm immensely grateful that my insurance covers GCS, given that where I live, it's not required. On the other, it's so frustrating that I have to wait for so long. Yet I'd have to wait longer if insurance didn't cover it, because I'm on enough debt from school already, and that debt is only going to get deeper from here.
Still. It's something.
