KY gel seems to become more gloopy during the day. And streams out when visiting the toilet. But is mostly clear on the dilators so not too worried. Taking a relaxing bath / douching more regularly with water can help. But always if it is regular or smelly then it needs to be checked
It has taken me a while of having different discharges to understand what is gloopy gel, what is from scar tissue trying to heal, what is candida and what is sweat and natural bodily fluids. And yes some Cis women need to wear pads regularly.
One thing which has helped in recent weeks is to sleep without knickers. I have longer t-shirts / nighties and these cover the bottom in case of nighttime leaks. But since doing this regularly the daytime leaks have also decreased.
