How to solve skin allergy problem due to hair dye which contain PPD?

I dying my hair but after 5 to 6 hours heavy itching starts and in the skin reddish dots comes ear back also itching. There must be some simple solution to solve this problem. Thank You

Diphenhydramine may give you some relief.
