Can't remember my throat being sore during my male puberty. But to find relief you can try to moisturize your vocal folds more.
Gargle non-carbonated water (ideally its not cooler than room temperature; tea under 40°C is fine too) deep in your throat. Do that from time to time and the soreness should get better. And try to avoid smoke and alcohol. Both can make your cords even more dry. Your probably still used to your girl voice, but since your vocal cords get longer it becomes more difficult to them to maintain that voice. So try to relax your voice, even if you think you sound monotonous then. A lot of guys sound like that so its fine and it relaxes your vocal cords a bit.
