As the name suggests, I've been informed that the school has no one anymore who is qualified to give me a letter for srs. I am seeing a therapist and trying very hard to meet the SOC for transsexuals but in this small town supposedly there is no one who can write such a letter.

Is there a way I can meet the requirements without such a letter? Is there an alternative qualifier? I'm not trying to circumvent the system, but the service taught me that everything has a waiver, and so far it has held true in the civilian world too.

Your therapist would be the best source for additional contact information. You may need to travel to another city.
