I only do what the nurse has told me to! I shower it daily with E45 shower cream, moisturise it daily. I haven't really picked any of my scabs off (I've helped a few that were coming off though, but only the small bits). I keep it covered when I'm out and give it fresh air when I'm at home I always try and keep my hands clean as well still if I'm touching it.

Congrats on the op, your arm looks awesome.  Did you start moisturising when the dressing or when that first scabby layer came off?

I know all trans people are very brave in what we face. But I just sit in admiration of the courage of my brothers.
