Yes Liara, and "said" surgeon and his team performed a fantastic surgery on My face, which was in a terrible mess, after a previous FFS surgery a year before. They have put right everything that the previous surgeon messed up, and then some !

The photo was taken 23 days after surgery, by Amanda, just before I left Buenos Aires. There is still a lot of swelling in the photo, on My nose [especially the tip], and My chin and jaw line..........well My whole face really. Obviously because I look in the mirror every day, I cannot see any daily difference.
I have to send photos to Amanda every two months, so My Daughter will take some photos for Me on the 15th of December, and I will put them up on this forum.
Yesterday, I went to the Orthodontist and they made positive comments about the differences that they could see, regarding the shape of My face [even with the swelling]. I see My G.P [Doctor] tomorrow, so I am hoping that He will point out all the differences that He can see [seems He knows Me, and My face, very, very well].

I cant believe how quickly the swelling around My nose is going. When I look in the mirror now, I'm not seeing a man any-more, I'm seeing who I'm supposed to be. I'm now wondering what My next step is, I've never been out as My true self, but the possibility will be here very soon now. I'm soon going to put another photo up and I would like you honest opinion on whether or not the time is right, or if you think I should wait a while longer.

Its been exactly seven months now since my last FFS with the amazing Dr Rossi. With the swelling now all but gone, I thought it was time to put up two new photos [taken Tuesday 21st of April 2015]. I still need more work done to my nose, chin and jawline, and I am arranging with Amanda and Dr Rossi for that to hopefully happen soon. Anyway I hope you like the photos.

Your results look amazing! Can I ask who the previous surgeon was that gave you trouble?

Guadalajara in Mexico is where the surgeon who completely ruined my face, works out of. Unfortunately I am not allowed to name and shame him on this site, which is perhaps an injustice to all the girls looking to have FFS. They really need to know about this surgeons lack of skills and abilities.
I thank the universe for directing me to Dr Rossi and his wonderful team, they saved my face and my life.

Well, the word is out and while I was looking at him as a possible option since he does type 3 foreheads, I was quickly warned against trusting him.

I remember seeing a pic or 2, the damage left behind by you last ffs and how there was virtually no feminization... I can hardly believe this is you...

If anyone would have seen the before pics of you that I remember then they would be amazed like me.  That's why you haven't had meany reactions cause they just don't know! No offense to the way you looked either. But your concerns were real.
