I thought duck tape is like the heavy duty, tape-it-all, do-it-all, all-round fix, drug staple, and I have tried it two days ago, and it CAME OFF!!!  ??? what am I doing wrong?

How to tuck, girls?

Any input extremely welcome!!!

Kind regards

I think my ex used surgical tape. I don't have any experience with it, myself, but maybe try that?

Don't use duct tape. It can and will remove skin. Use a medical tape, like Micropore by 3M.

But then, I'm one of those odd people who doesn't tape or even tuck..

Oh please do not use duct tape, period. Yes, I am a retired medical professional. Joules has a great Youtube video on tucking if you want to learn the correct way to do it. Use 3m like Kelly said or regular sports wrap tape. Duct tape=problems of all kinds.  :)

The technique is actually more important than anything else, personally I rarely use tape any more since it tends to cause skin tearing with me.

If you are taping you start with two strips of medical tape down your abdomen, leave enough excess so they can  reach your buttocks.
Pop the cherries into the abdomen.
Pull the appendage back and under.
Fold the bags around the appendage from each side.
If taping place a strip around the appendage wrapped in the bags to secure it all
Now attach the excess tape from step 1 to the appendage down the length of it
Pull the whole thing back and attach the tape to your buttocks.

With a little exercise you can actually make it so that you can kinda, pop it out from the back when you need to pee (at least if you still have foreskin), it requires pressing the abdomen just at the root and then the appendage moves back and you can take a leak without making a mess.

Just posted a separate thread on tucking, should read it.

Back when I had to all them years ago I would use sports strapping.
Its designed to stay put when men sweat, it held its self very well.
Make sure you shave!!!!!

It worked so well that it wasn't easy to get off, so look for a product named "Dissolve it".

I used to get it off by spraying some on, waiting a few minutes, then jumping in the shower, it'll slide off.

It can cost a bit of money in the long run, so look at buying it in bulk. I went to a sports club and asked where they got theres, the girl there said I can get it through her and pretty much never ran out, I wore it everyday from going full time to srs

And you'll have to be pretty f'ing amazing to change that

I just wanted to add that my ex used to get in the shower to dissolve the adhesive on the tape when she was ready to take it off. I felt this was worth mentioning as it sounds like a far better way to remove it than just peeling it off, and some people mentioned skin tearing. Hopefully that can be avoided by dissolving it with soap and water instead.

Also, here's the link to Myarkstir's thread she mentioned: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,172261.0.html

I'll definitely check it out, when I have a spare moment, at the moment, I wanted to ask. is the surgical tape fairly wide? with ducktape and other methods I find my scrotum wasn't covered and it would (gross) hang on the sides, so if I were to wear shorts, I run the risk of basically displaying my genitals to the public >:(

I also use sports tape. It is waterproof, so also good for the beach. Princess Joules on youtube made a good video on how to tuck. She also did use it before her srs. :)

Ow. I'm glad I'm a member of the Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weenie Club, a gaff and tight knickers seem to do the trick. Don't think I'd ever want to put tape - medical or duct - near my bits.

You got that right Ms Grace. That just sounds like it hurts.

I'm about ready to join the club, HRT really does make everything a lot more compact :)

3M painters tape doesn't work either FYI... hopefully I just saved someone the awkward realization of this.

Buy a gaff, it's much easier and quicker. Translingerie.com in Europe sells really good gaffs.
Got my surgery in my early 20's, now in my mid 20's living stealth
