Chettaut told me he uses some of the mucuous tissue lining from the urethra within the penis shaft to provide a thin lining inside the vagina. This was done for me. It is possible that this provides some "wetness" - if you are very lucky and have a lining which secretes well. For most people it will be necessary to use lubrication gel for penetration. However this is not the same as natural secretions which women have.

sri, the nurse, summed up the OP. She is very lucky if she can produce so much wetness at the moment. But this is very unusual. Anatomically Samantha is correct. Some people may be lucky and have overly active secretion glands. Others may have under active secretion which can change as healing / swelling goes down.

What is important is everyone is different, every surgery will be slightly different, and every result will be slightly different. If you aee lucky then embrace that, and remember that others may not be - through no fault of their own or their surgeon. It just is. Just as some natural women cannot self lubricate.

I have a random question.

The last time I had a wet dream I was 13 so I am curious does srs somehow bring out a sexual desire from your body finally being complete or did you all just have these pre-srs. As i said random but I am curious especially as HRT wipes out libido.

I never had a wet dream in my life pre-op. It was only post-op that I started having them. I think it could be to do with my body trying to make-up for my post-op apathy in regards to wanting or needing to relieve myself via masturbation. I go much longer post-op without needing to O.

I can imagine how economical that would be! Plus, dilating could be a lot less messy.

Try coconut oil. It's costing me £2.25 for about 500 days worth of lubrication for dilation. And it's less messy.

Another thread also mentioned Pure Almond Oil. Both should be pure, ideally organic and if possible cold pressed to ensure you get something safe. Which brand do you use Nicolette? I found Nutiva products on iherb and get it shipped from USA - but nothing easily in Europe.

Samantha007 : Fair enough. I don't think either of us wants me sending you video. ;)

(I would never actually do such a thing. My wife saw this, though, and asked with a snicker if she's also hallucinating the laundry.)

Any 100% pure coconut oil should do. It's good for cooking, too! I'm currently using Ktc Coconut Oil 500ml, coincidentally from Tesco. Using it for a few months now, I've had no negative reaction from it. Also, it appears kinder to my underwear. Seriously, it's a revelation for me. I no longer need to buy or keep lubrication in my home.

Essentially, I use 0.5ml of coconut oil per dilator, which is dispensed and stored in 10ml a syringe. Body warm is enough to re-liquefy the oil in the syringe. To refill the syringe I spoon out about that much from the jar, warm it up and suck it up into the syringe. I don't recommend coconut oil until you're completely healed, however.

I see there's a Ktc Almond Oil, too. I'd like to compare at some time.

I am 15 days post-op and being next door to Samantha, literally next dor at the same hotel, I think I could kinda agree with her. Maybe it's a technique Dr Chettawut did or maybe it's how our bodies work differently from one another.

But I can tell you, before my srs, I masturbated quite often even with my fiance following sex and I would always have pre-cum or getting wet I suppose even though I have been on HRT for 15 years. Samantha haven't come in my room yet but if any of you were to come see my room and on my bed, there's just about a few spots and stains there that I could recognize, and not ->-bleeped-<- stains either lol.

There's lube stains, no pee stains as i have quickly mastered holding my pee in after catheters were removed. And then there's cum stains maybe? I have been in my room most of the time when I was transferred here from Dr Chettawuts clinic and just today I finally went to grab some snacks and drinks from the 7-11 down the road. I am a quite worried person especially that I just had srs and I'm sure Ms Sri (the nurse that does her daily visits with us at our hotels everyday after surgery) is getting annoyed by how much questions I ask her that she already answered many times lmao.

So I asked her about these "stains" and she asked if I am a highly sexual person, I told her I came 4 times a day especially when my boyfriend and I had intercourse (and no I'm not dirty and have aids or trying to contract aids, I'm a rather health freak on the side)

She said, some girls can get wet on a regular basis and even quickly after 2 weeks of surgery. I showed her each stain on my bed and if I had a pen, I would label them. Then sometimes, I doubt my reasoning behind my "stains" and begin to think otherwise but I know my truth and I'm pretty sure my dreams and when I skype with my fiance and have these hot sexual cyber moments with him, I get this tingly feeling down there and feels like Im about to get "hard" but since I don't have a cock no more, it feels rather different and instead something else comes out and it's slippery, that's when I realized, maybe i just got wet and I won't complain but it sure feels good.

Ms Sri and the other nurse just laughed at me after I told them and after she told the other nurse in Thai. Everyday they come to do a daily check up on us, I always ask tons of questions that makes them probably want to leave immediately lol. But they're nice people and takes such good care of us. I love having conversations with them!

Now just one more week and I finally heading home back to Vegas then packing up in Vegas and moving back to Hawaii on January 7th, 2015. So far, my healing is going quite well, and I am allowed to walk farther now to other places. Antibiotics are almost gone, and i only take the Anti-Swelling medication now. Room service will stop and I will be eating whatever I buy from the store now since it's cheaper.

Dunno what to wear on the day I leave, I think I will go commando with loose pants. All I know is I have a gynecologist I have to see when I get home, and also see my physician on when I could start HRT again. Dilation is going perfect and all my nerves are awakening like zombies. Regardless how much they hurt, at least that's a good sign that there's no dead nerves and that healing is going quite well.
15 years on HRT and going, started at age 16.

SRS+BA done in Bangkok, Thailand by the hands of Dr Chettawut Tulayaphanich and his team on November 1, 2014.
