Hey everyone! I'm the husband of an ftm (which is autocorrected to "gym" on my phone, which is funny for a variety of reasons), and I just wanted to say hello. I live and work in Japan, and, so far, it's great. I've been with my husband all through transition, and, much like life in Japan, it's great. Happy to say hi and happy to get to know everyone and contribute however I can to the community. Cheers!

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

joeinjapan welcome to Susan's family.

Glad you have accepted your husband and worked through his transition.

My husband is also a ftm. I can relate.

Hugs

Thanks for the kind words, everyone :) Honestly, it's been nice for me on the transition side. If one of us has to be "girly" I'm glad that it can be me! I'm not subscribing to binaries by any means, but it's been nice to reexamine that whole situation and come up with a new reality for our relationship :)

Hi Joe, welcome to Susan's Place! I'm from Boston. My phone auto-corrects every b I type to BANNED. Stick around, you'll get it eventually!   See you around the site!

Hugs, Devlyn
