So I am 4 months on T..at first my sex drive increased. Everything was going smoothly, but over the past 3 weeks my sex drive has completely gone away. I am never horny or aroused. This has never happened to me, ever! Is this a normal response...I had an increase so I am super confused. Should I call my doc? Please help.

Sex drive is affected by more than testosterone levels. Have you any new medications, or have you changed doses of any medications? Has your life routine changed in any major way (sleep, work, exercise, diet, new or increased stress, what-have-you)? Has your mood otherwise been good or is that different? How's the dysphoria been?

My libido was high for awhile but has tapered off a lot. Lower dysphoria works a number on my head so I'm glad it's decreased.
Lack of sex drive isn't, in itself, necessarily a problem. But if you want a sex drive, have you tried porn? Personally, if that were my circumstance (wanting sex drive but having none) I'd try options like porn or toys before going to a doctor.

A doctor wouldn't be such a bad idea to have your T levels checked.  Before transitioning to female, my low T contributed to my low sex drive.  Your hormones may need to be rechecked to ensure you're getting enough T.  Good luck  :)
