Guys, i live in India. I want to do my top surgery in US.

i have medium chest and i will go for DI. which doctor will be best? and how to make the research? i do not know the cost also. how much time i need to stay at US? and do one need to visit for revision?

You could try browsing http://www.transbucket.com/ . Guys post pictures of their surgery results there, and most of them include the name of the doctor and the price of the surgery.  A general ballpark price seems to be in the vicinity of $7000 to $8000 US Dollars.  Then you can look up the doctors individually.  Many of the doctor's websites include specific details about pricing, timeframes, travel, recovery, etc.  A few of the well known surgeons are Dr. Crane, Dr. Garramone, Dr. Medalie, and Dr. Yellend.
