I've got the opposite of what most people have, my mouth protudes beyond the cheeks and I've got very high cheekbones which stops the naso-labio fold from forming a deep fold, my father is the same, he's got the same depth of fold as a person 55 but he's 79, I have a fine fine from nose to mouth since my late 20's, hasn't changed at all since then.
Botox can't help what many of those people have, there's too much damage, they need a whole program of fat injections, various fillers, face lift, deep peels, laser resurfacing or fraxel. Then, for whatever dynamic folds remain they can use botox. They have the money to do it. But, even with all that, not all the sun damage can be undone.
