Informed consent in Florida?

Does anyone know of some informed consent clinics in Florida? I've looked around and I can't seem to find any, and I can't afford to go through the normal method.

If you contact the office of Dr Harold Reed in Miami, they may be able to advise you.

Dr Reed does not do informed consent. He is my doctor and needed a letter to begin HRT.
