Any FFS Surgeons in Australia

Are there any surgeons that members know of who do FFS work in Australia?

The only one I know of is Mark Kohout in Sydney - and that too because my doctor had another MTF patient who underwent some work with him.

I had a consultation with Ian Carlisle in Melbourne.  He does enough that he has a virtual FFS person available in Melbourne too.
