Hi all,

I've been thinking, I want to start looking for a job and have a few places in mind.
My concern is, I want to apply to a job with the intent on letting the employer know I am in transition.

So, that means when I fill out all the details in an application I want to ensure they know I am a MtF with GD BEFORE they hire me. So that way they already know what to expect in the future and to ensure there is a policy already in place in regards to discrimination ect.  Being retired Military has its benefits I'm sure, but I want to just pretty much start anything, even if it's a more "Female" based position that I'm sure I can ease into over time.

I don't care if it's a Maid Service, Waitress, whatever. I have a Class A CDL (Hazmat,Tanker endorsements) but my back issue is what caused me to stop driving trucks (Only been driving for 1 year). I need to move around constantly. :)

I'm trying to figure out what to write in my applications other than what I have now.  :-\

There are plenty of equal opportunity employers out there that are fantastic. I wish you all the luck in the world.
