Jera: im sorry that its like that for you, its the same way for me, which is why i wanted to start this thread to get some ideas rolling so when it seems like im on my last limb or trhat i have tried all my coping skills, that i prob. havnt tried something yet. i hope it does the same thing for other people.
everyone else: WOW! i did not expect so many people to comment. these are all great ideas, working out being pretty common. i just laugh to myself a little because i want to work out almost everday, but im so lazy i almost never get around to it!
