Job inetrview over skype

I'm wondering if anyone could give some advice on how to handle an upcoming interview.
I'm looking for a new job But, my resume still has my legal name on it, which is a boy name(haven't changed name legally yet, in the process). I have a skype interview on Tuesday morning with an HR person. I think I should let them know that when they sign into skype, what they're expecting to see on the screen isn't what is going to be there. Should I send an email explaining why a boy isn't on the other side, a call? how would you all handle this?
Also, has anyone changed their name on their resume before the legal name change? How do you handle that when it comes up?
