Hey there!

I am currently making a plan to present to my therapist on recommending what FFS procedures I should undergo. So far I've been working overtime on my online business and hopefully before long will be able to begin my surgery plans. I was hoping I could ask some of you for a second opinion as I have always seen my body much differently than other people. It confuses me a bit. :P

First I should mention I am a bit overweight right now (Working aggressively on it ;) ), and my back is currently messed up. I will be having surgery within the next year on it and it should make me a few inches taller. So my main concern is being 6'1 or 6'3 and passing :P. Especially because I love heels/stilettos and I'd like to wear those without being obvious. I feel I can do better if I cake on make up and heavily contour (The pics are my first attempt, please don't laugh too hard :P) but I am afraid caked on make up and being very tall will make me obvious as my body is also a bit masculine.

So far I've been considering: brow lift, forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, cheek implants, lip lift, lip filling, chin contouring, and definitely jaw contouring. (Possibly also a neck lift depending on my after weight loss appearance) That is a pretty heavy surgery bill. I was wondering if you guys could recommend anything I could do to maybe even wear something to do one of those without having to have surgery.

I put together a chart of like hair up and down (I use the hair to hide some stuff), and I hope the angles help you guys help me figure out whats wrong with my face lol. I didn't take any in my bathroom of my hair down and stuff so I used some I used to send to a friend.

I would only recommend a lip lift in your situation. About 800$ orso.

Definitely don't need a brow lift though. Try to shape the brow better by removing hairs from the underside. If you do, your brows will lift for about 5-8mm, more than enough. If you are unsure, go to a salon and ask, you will be glad you did. If you do a surgical brow lift, your expression will be that of infinite surprise, as your brows are sitting high already.

I think your nose is well in the female range.

Your eyes look great, definitely female.

I do see some bossing above the nose, but I would not fret over it. Is optional I guess. Also, if you lift/contour your forehead your brows will go even higher, just something to be aware about.

I did not even notice your chin/jaw...? I think with some more weight loss, your face would look even better.

If unsure, try the services of Alexandra Hamer of VirtualFFS, she has an unbiased opinion and only will provide the absolutely necessary procedures.

Thank you very much for the feedback and I'll definitely look into it. I did not know that about the brows, and an infinite surprise look would definitely be bad lol. I'll go to a local salon and asked to have them done just in case because I'm very bad with things like that. Besides the forehead contour may be the best option if they can't be fixed correctly.

Once again thank you so much! :)

VFFS and my chosen surgeon pretty much managed to nearly propose the same list of procedures. The surgeon added one more thing which was more cosmetic than for passing, which in the ended not only fixed one of worst attributes but ended making it femenine in the process ( he fixed a droppy eyelid with a upper bleph and at the same time shaped my eyes into a more female form)

There's one place where I did cut costs, and that was jaw and chin. Both the VFFS and the surgeon gave me a priority order and this always came last. It could improve my features, but in what came to passability and making me look female, it wasn't so necessary. As they usually say, from the nose upwards is for passability. Under it, cosmetic.

I don't see you needing a lot, but without other angles, I can't talk. The lip lift has a nasty recovery I did not expect, but it's incredible how something so simple can make a difference. It was one of the first things they noticed on me.
