Do any of you get insane anxiety when alone in public places? I get terrible anxiety. Especially on public transportation. I hate public transportation with a passion. I hate seeing the people, I hate the smell, I hate the stares, I hate it all together. Do any of you have this same problem? Also, how do you cope with it?

Just be yourself, don't care what others think, show confidence and be happy. Smile when you get looks.  ;D

When I first started dressing when I was younger, I was so terrified I would only dress late at night in hotels, maybe step outside and walk to my car and back to the room real fast hoping noone would see me, and that was it for the night.

Nowadays I dress in daylight at times and walk thru malls ect. A big difference from 30ish yrs ago. Wish I had the courage and confidence back then when I looked younger and 15 lbs lighter. :)
My Fantasy is having Two Men at once...

One Cooking, One Cleaning.  ;D

Amazingly, I have no problem walking through a mall xD It's literally JUST public transportation & I don't know why. I can walk through a school & not give a fock but when it's the bus / trolley I feel anxiety ridden. I know this can easily be overcome by getting a car but I'm looking for a job currently & I start school in January soooo I know it's inevitable for me to get away with not having to take the trolley for a while :(

I am fine with people staring at me. You might feel anxious when people look at you, but you automatically also look around you to see if someone is watching you. Everyone looks at each other and even if it is clear they find me an unique person and it isn't an awkward long stare, I personally do not mind.

The problem is there more when I am not surrounded by people. Like.. when at the supermarket and you get out of your car and walk to the entrance.. then I feel very anxious x____x.
:D Want to see me ramble, talk about experiences or explaining about gender dysphoria? :D

That's interesting :) It seems we all have different ticks for our anxiety. I could walk into a store & around a store paying no mind to people staring haha Oddly enough, reading this made me feel better?? haha Thanks! :)

I usually remedy anxiety with headphones and listening to music wherever I am. Or at least putting head/earphones with no music playing just so people think I'm listening to something and so won't approach me. Its not ideal, but it is a good cocooning method. And that's just dressed androgynously. Someone help me when I go full time D:

Headphones is a good idea actually. At the moment I just grab my phone and tend to play with it as I pass people but if you think about it.. posture changes and you only walk across the more sloppy then.. should stop doing that > _ <.
