Have you ever heard about these binders??

Hey guys,
I recently found this link of a binder store. I'm considering to buy one, but since international purchases can be slow and expensive (one of the nicest parts of living in Brazil!), I wish I could hear any opinions on the product below* before importing anything.

I'm a thin person with no masculine traits or muscles at all and also a 34A cup, so I guess I'll need the most accurate compression available in order to get a male look. (I mean, I bother a lot about being perceived as 'in transition' state. O don't know why, but I do, so I want to do my best to avoid it)

*Any suggestions of other made in U.S. products are welcome :D

It's the only kind I wear (I have it on right this second)! I'm personally really tall, so rolling up is a huge issue I have with binders. I also was pretty heavy for a while and even now that I've lost weight I like how it holds my gut in. Plus it has a place to hold your packer, makes it so easy. I have one white and two black. I've had them all for over a year. I'm planning on getting more for the winter actually. Placing the order this week.

I use them as well (a different type -- the tank that compresses only the chest area, not all the way through), and I'm very satisfied with the product.

I also had to ship internationally and figured out too late that had I purchased another binder, shipping would have been free. Duh. So I could have gotten another binder for the same price.

I'd consider contacting them in advance to make sure you get the correct size. Someone I know ended up with a wrong size but couldn't afford to return it because of the cost for shipping.

They're exactly the same company as underworks.  There are plenty of reviews of them around under that name (not too sure why they now have two separate sites just to add confusion, they sell the same stuff mostly).  I'd wager they're the most popular binder company out there.

I believe they made the separate website to makes things easier. Cis men and women looking for support clothing go to underworks.com. The reviews there are assumed to be from cis people. The f2mbinders site that they made is more specifically for us. The reviews on there are by trans and gender non conforming people. Also, they got Beck (a trans guy) to model the binders for the new site so that we could see what the binders look like on a transguy who has breast tissue.

I sort of see the logic, but it's a bit flawed.  I never remember the name of the other site, so would always buy from underworks.com, so if I happened to do a review it would go there.

Where does it say that the model is trans?  I can see one model who is at least post top surgery with no visible scars who also models binders.

Beck is the only guy on f2mbinders.com and he's trans and pre-op. He's in both of the links from the OP.

I definitely saw one very non-trans appearing guy last night. I haven't got time to look for links before work now. I'd still like to know how you've found this out though.

I found it out because I know who Beck is through YouTube. So I know what he looks like. He's a very outspoken transguy.

The instructions on how to measure are different on the two pages. At least for the cotton concealer I bought. On the Underworks page it says measure across chest, on the ftm page it says measure across chest and under bust, then take the average. This could land you in a smaller size if you're between sizes.

I learned how to measure when it was just the one site, and interestingly they simply said to measure the widest part and bust line, and take the mean average, which is what f2mbinders recommends.  The fact that underworks now says otherwise is a new thing to me.  I find the size guide wrong for me anyway so disregard it, I can't wear binders as small as they say I should, even the ones where I'm below the bottom end of the size chart.

Fair enough.  It doesn't help anyone tell what they're like when worn by trans men when they don't advertise the fact that they are in the photographs.  He could be any bloke without that added information.

Underworks is allowing quite a number of companies to sell their binders. So these are underworks. The link I clicked was full body suits. I'd check out reviews of full body type suits. These are going to be very compressing and not sure most guys would be happy with this. There are other models that a popular like the tri-top.

I've been researching some other options, but I'm still worried about choosing some piece that do not hide the boobs properly.
Although, considering I will start gym to build some muscles on the arms and back, hiding the boobs may be easier, am I right?

So the options are buying

...velcro binders in order to dress and adjust them easily;
...three different types of binders by LesBinders to see which fits best;
...some binders by Underworks in my exact size (considering gym will change my measures in a few months)

I recently found velcro and fasteners binders by LesBinders on Amazon.com that have a good look, but I wonder if they really work - considering all the models on pics are Asian, which usually have boobs way smaller than mine.

Hi Gael,

just a note on the plan to work out and sizing -- everyone is different, of course, but if you're not on t working out may not make you a lot bigger in the areas that the binder would compress. I'm definitely a hard-gainer even by female standards (also pre-t), a rather skinny type. I've been working out hard for the past three months and I have definitely gained some muscle and I'm happy with the results -- but it's mostly on my arms and thighs, so nothing that would make a difference in the size of the binder. I'm definitely stronger now, but not much bulkier ;). I gained about 2-2.5 kilos (I had to literally stuff myself with calories, that was much harder than the workouts themselves XD) and my body fat increased a little, but not significantly. I'm now roughly 64.5 kg at 6 feet.

i haven't got any binders yet (sadly) but i always hear so many good things about those! probably going to be my first binder, i'd say they seem like a good choice, though i'm not the most informed since i don't bind.  :(

I don't know re: Les Binders, never had these. But I found that Loveboat are really two sizes small. I think this is Asian sizing. But then again, I am on the autism spectrum and feel like I want a little more room in a binder. So maybe one size too small. But they are small by western standards.
