today marks t weeks on t :)
i apply it daily, so i haven't really had any negative emotional changes, but in the past week i noticed a difference. i did have shark week from saturday until wednesday/thursday, but nothing really happened to provoke anxious thoughts.

i tend to worry about side effects (i hate taking medicine, so being on t is kind of hard) but i haven't had anything that would be considered harmful. my voice dropped, i have noticeable facial hair, my curves are straightening out, and i pass 100% now (i did before as well, but my voice sounds more like it should lol). could the increased anxiety be from left over emotions from my monthly?

what were your experiences with the increase in anxiety? how long did it last for you?

*i looked up male puberty and apparently emotional changes are prevalent to cis guys going through the changes as well..even anxiety.

I never had increased anxiety after starting T - in fact, it was the opposite.

But I'd say there's a strong chance it has to do with your body getting used to the new hormones.  There is a settling in period that most guys seem to experience in different ways.

i woke up today feeling no anxiety and a lot better, so i'm not sure if it was just a few off days because of the estrogen and t clashing, or what... either way i'm happy things are getting back to what they were two weeks ago.

It lasted for a year for me. Once I changed my dosage it got a lot better but it wasn't completely cured. I still get it somewhat a lot. Almost everybody gets anxiety though, so it's normal even though it sucks. The best way to battle it is to work on it.
