Hello. My name is Cat. I was born a female but im not sure that is who I am. I am so confused. I really feel like a man sometimes. I would rather be a man. but at times... I reconsider because I have a boyfriend. My mom and him are all I have. neither would understand. I feel like I have to hide the real me. When I am alone I put on my boxers and walk around in my sports bra and call myself Elijah. I like Elijah so much better. He is so confident and comfortable. But when I am around people... I feel like im hiding. I don't want to lose my boyfriend and mom but idk what to do.. I feel so alone and confused. I am 22

It would be a good idea to see a gender therapist to help you sort out who you are. The is a vast array of information and some great resources on this site.
