I tried to search the forum but to no avail.. maybe I was using wrong keyword or what not, but honestly I just recall the contents and not the exact wording...
There was a thread recently - I think it was on the MtF section, but I might be wrong - it contained advices for transgender parents, especially with separate/split custody and someone posted two links which led to guidebooks for transgender/transsexual parents/legal counsels about what they could expect in the court and what arguments should be used to counter/rebutt arguments raised by the other party. That content was excellent and very well written (being lawyer and transsexual parent, I admired the simplicity of language and how concisely the substantial issues were presented therein). I made a mental note to bookmark that thread and... of course I forgot and then other things piled up and I cannot find it anymore. Since some things have changed ever since, in the worst scenario I might need those materials, so if anyone can lend their insight, I would be really grateful
