Discharge on E...?

Okay, so this was kind of gross. I have been on spiro and estrogen now for just under two months. I'm on an upper-level dose of spiro and a low dose of estrogen. I've noticed over the last few days that I am having a pre-ejaculate type discharge from my penis when I'm not even aroused. It is almost a constant discharge throughout the day. I am going to see my doctor on Wednesday, but I'm just curious if anybody else has had this situation. Thanks for reading.

It happened to me a few times when I first started hormones , but not as constant as you have mentioned, I've got no idea why it was happening, it later stopped tho n now nothing comes out  , I did read somewhere that estrogen makes the penis more sensitive to.

I never had this, but I think it's because the prostate is shrinking

I experienced this mildly, but I assumed it was because when I ejaculated, the muscles weren't able to contract as hard as normal, and some semen would get backed up in my urethra.

I did... but the answer was pretty unsatisfying. It was around 2-3 months on HRT for me too.

I got the full workup, including a test for UTI, and everything came back healthy; the doctor's best guess was that it was basically semen leaking out instead of being propelled out at ejaculation (because I'd stopped ejaculating at orgasm). Whatever it was, it went away after a couple more (icky) weeks, at least.

I still get discharge and I've been on hrt for about 2 years and 8 months. My doc says its probably because of the progesterone but idk honestly if it could be something else.

I actually experienced this again today and from looking at it, it clearly appeared to be semen that hadn't been propelled out of my urethra, similar to Jenna Marie.
