Ok so I am able to get my larger dilator in by doing the twisting motion and be gentle and patient. But it's soooooo hard to remove. Literally feels like a suction cup. I don't pull hard because It feels like I'm going to suction out my ibsides. Anyone have this issue? What is it? Help :(. Very comparable to putting a ring on your finger but super hard to take off.

I also just noticed (after 15 minutes of trying to get it out) that the first two inches of the dilator are DRY. I think this is the problem. Can this tear my walls? I use so much lube, Idk why it got so dry! My first dilator (2) doesnt have that problem, only my second one (#3) does. And I use them back to back, right after done with 2, 3 goes in.

It is called hydrollic lock. Try to keep an even level of lube along the length - and slide in slowly to allow the lock to reduce. Probably too much lube inside as well.
I had it a couple of times in the first month but as the muscles learn to relax so it becomes easier.

More lube. Definitely more lube. :) Especially if you're tight at the beginning, a lot of the lube will be scraped off at the entrance.

I actually got a pack of applicators meant for yeast infection cream and didn't use the medicated cream, but instead put lube in the applicator and squirted it deep into the vagina. That helped a lot, particularly in the early days. Something like this, but do NOT use the cream, just toss it and keep the applicators : http://www.amazon.com/Monistat-Antifungal-Disposable-Applicators-1-59-Ounce/dp/B000GCIAHM/

I would soak them in the same disinfecting solution as my dilators, and it worked fine.

The vagina will dry out the water in the lube.

Just a very little turn right or left will break a lock.

Gets better as things stretch over time.

Thanks everyone! I was so worried...I literally sat there for 20 min hoping it would come out little by little but then I had to put my hands back on it and twist and turn little by little. I felt like I was going to pull out my vag :/

I did have this issue and found putting a small line of lube on the upper and lower side then coating the entire dilator helped vs just putting the lube on the tip. I still put a small amount on the tip  also.

I used to put lube on.my finger and push this inside then lube the dilater up aswell.
