continuing with my week of first steps... I'm now out to both of my drama classes AND today I got my name on a Starbucks cup for the first time, and then tried very very hard not to show any visible signs of the ensuing inner happydance.

Know exactly the feelings you're getting at the moment man, its exciting. I have been binding for about 3/4 months, and just brought my first brand new one, i too am in the UK and ordered the 997 in L from amazon, as mine wont fit over my ass it rolls up to like the middle of my stomach, so i pull it back up over my chest so it like double binds.

Ive also started coming out to all my family and friends, friends have taken up my new name, and i reserved a table under my new name this past weekend too.

Exciting times. Enjoy binding

congratz! I myself first got a M (997 underworks) going from the chart and after a few months it stretched out a bit so i decided I would try a small (hard to get into at the start) but after it stretched a bit it became the perfect fit :) still there is a bit outstanding of my chest from neck but i'm generally ok with it. Makes the world of a difference to have a couple nice binders. Goodluck ^_^

wow table reservations! That's big too :) It's so cool to feel more in control of the crazy rollercoaster now, like i'm the one calling the shots and chosing who to tell and what to do, and not just trying desperately to keep up with my brain. It's unbelievably exhausting but exhilerating too. Almost starting to believe I can make drama school auditions work this year as well, but I have another 6 weeks to work on that and it no longer looks like quite such a terrifyingly short time.
