Question about prosthetics

Does anyone know how you become a tester for prosthetics new and older models? I see guys doing reviews on YouTube sometimes. I've also seen some guys who just write really detailed reviews for prosthetics. Company's send you prosthetics in return for reviews. I've been wondering for a long time how people go about doing that.
