Is there any trans support groups in Cairns Queensland, Australia?

I feel I really need to find a group with others to gain support face to face before I start to fall apart. I've searched on the internet but so far ive only managed to find A clinic and a volunteer party hosted every few months. Im still too scared to ask around my neighborhood if they have heard of anything. Is anyone hear a part of a Cairns based group or heard of one?

That's a tough one. Even in the larger Oz cities there aren't that many services so Cairns is probably woefully under serviced in that regard.

I found this for you but it appears to be five years old...could offer up some clues...
