Just wondering how different people experience Dysphoria.
I get so anxious that I have to lay with about 100 pounds on my chest for about 20 minutes, hard to breath and trembles all through my body.
Does anyone else experience this?

I feel assaulted, questioned and less secure.  It feels that I am somehow fundamentally askew and off balance.  It is uncomfortable and I close down and withdraw until I see it for what it is and deal with it.  Thank you for low dose hrt

Dysphoria feels to me like crying. I remember before HRT I would look in the mirror & see my masculine features & begin crying & scratching my face. I would then feel so much anger that I would break stuff. That kind of behavior is very out of the ordinary for me btw. I'm not a violent person at all & it stopped literally once I began HRT & knew that my body would no longer progress into a males.
