A transgender man who had breastfed his first baby - despite having his breasts removed as part of his transformation from male to female - has now had a second child.
Trevor and his partner Ian had their first baby, son Jacob, in 2012. Trevor carried and gave birth to Jacob while on a break from testosterone treatment.
He attended breastfeeding classes while pregnant and once the baby boy was born, he learned he could still produce a small amount of milk. The baby also needed to be fed top-ups from device called a supplemental nursing system (SNS) which despenses milk through a tube near Trevor's nipple.
