Paying Dr Sanguan for SRS

I have my surgery booked for 3rd February and I was just wondering how other people have paid and when they actually sent the money.
He has given me details for a bank transfer but I am sure I read somewhere that someone had a problem using them. Has anyone used them successfully? If not how did you pay?
The other question is when did you pay. He seems very relaxed about this and told me to pay when I wanted.

when I had my surgery I saw the bank transfer and I know other girls had problems paying him using this method so I just paid using a credit card on the day I went in which is perfectly acceptable.
