How can I send personal messages ?????

To anyone out there -

I no longer have an option in my controls to either "REPLY" or "Send a message" to other members... It used to be possible to do so, but now I cant find the controls !! I have messages from people that I would love to reply to and others I'd like to send to, but it seems I no longer have a button or control to do so.......Even when I look up another member's profile, there is no longer an option to "send this person a message"  Did i miss something ?..... HELP !!!!

Didnt know where else to post this, and I cant message anyone to ask for help.. Am i just being totally dense, or what... ?

Any help with this greatly appreciated,

This new rule was implemented in an effort to help weed out the trolls who come only to see if anyone will respond.

From 5-49 posts. Specific limitations include no ability to send out private messages.

One more post and you are good to go

Small change after thinking about it I decided to lower it back down to how it was, but to increase the number of posts it took to go from visitor to newbie. Here is the new setup.

Visitor		From 0-15 posts. Limited rights other than posting or responding to messages. Specific limitations include no ability to view profiles, not being able to send out private messages, and not being able to upload pictures or link to external pictures.
Newbie		From 16-49 posts. Most restrictions removed
Neighbor		From 50-99 posts.
Friend		From 100-499 posts.
Family		From 500 posts up.

That gives us

Group	Users	Posts
Visitor	502	0-15 posts
Newbie	49	16-49 posts
Neighbor	21	50-99 posts
Friend	17	100-499 posts
Family	7	500+ posts
