I like to watch bodybuilding motivation videos on YouTube, or read people's transformations stories on
bodybuilding.com.
But now that I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for the last four months, I've gotten to a place where I look forward to going everyday, and as soon as I leave the gym I can't wait to go back. I think if you stay consistent long enough to form a habit, you won't need the motivation anymore, it just becomes another part of your day.
