Ok, so I really really want to get this done one day, even tho I'm terrified of surgery and it will be quite some time till I can save the money, but I'd save for as long as it takes to get the results I want so much.

Does recovery hurt much?
how much does it cost for everything in FFS, from the high price to the low price?
Also who are the surgeons considered the best in the field of FFS?
