Try to contact people who got ffs done with him and see what they thought of it all, if they liked it or not, and try to see some results, some before and after pictures, so you can see it for yourself. If you find him not so great with nose jobs but awesome with the rest you might be better off getting a nose job with a regular plastic surgeon who's specialized in noses before or after the FFS
that's just my 2 cents... I know one recovery sounds better than 2 but at least each recovery will be "less worse" than if you got it all done at once, so there's a good side to it
